looking for C-45 project

Hey all I'm looking for a C-45 basket case(corrosion free) basically an old derilict that deserved to be saved and restored.

There is one at Deer Park, Washington. No engines or cowls. Looks like it had a gear issue at one point.
Should be close to free....
