Apollo was a Great Program :D , but hardly a WarBird :( , so can this be moved to the General Discussions Forum :axe:

Interesting!!!!!!

I get the feeling that something is up. Why recover these engines for museums??? I find it ironic that just LAST YEAR engineers pulled the most complete engine from a museum and put it on a test cell and RAN IT!!!

Sounds like something is in the works!

Playing devil's advocate, the space race was definitely part of the Cold War, so I suppose the rockets could rightfully be considered warbirds. 8)
