the german do -17?? or do -217 bomber?? is slated to be recovered in the next 3 weeks according to nbc nightly news. I only caught a bit of the story. which ever type it is, it's at a reasonable depth for recovery, in very good condition, & air still in the landing gear tires. the plane is upside down & has a decent silt coating which is good for preservation. definitely a recovery to watch!! pop2 :drinkers:
