"Newbie" here

Mon Jul 08, 2013 7:56 pm

I am new to this and still trying to figure out how to utilize it ...............bear with me. I was a Naval Officer, Commissioned at NAS Pensacola in 1962. I live in Pattaya, Thailand (13 years), and have a Thai family. I have written 3 books (http://www.mpress.addr.com) site being reconstructed now, as I am sold-out, but planning a re-print. I have met the two pilots in the above advert (Charlie Brown & Franz Stigler). I have an air show magazine with 53 autographs of famous aviators. I have flown many types of aircraft, the P51-D being the best. I am 75 years old now and would like to offer this magazine to anyone who collects such items. Sure a lot of things to visit and digest here!!! It will keep me out of mischief.........Cheers! Don Ward donward38@gmail.com

Hello Kid,
Well....If you think this forum will keep you out of mischief, you're the victim of mis-information and mis-interpretation. This site, regularly, foments mischief. We even get into "Mine's bigger than yours" arguments. All you have to do to get along here is grow a thick skin and not interpret anything said here as having to do with the real meaning of life. Don't ask me what the real meaning of life is, 'cause I don't know. I do know that this forum will not reveal it to you. (Regardless of what some may think of their posts.)

Mudge the geezer
