DC3C 1830-94 s/n 43-13896 and still registered with Ohio University, can anyone confirm if its still flown regularly? NOT IN WR.

Oh yes, "Race 57" was the real deal. Originally operated
by Cook Cleland it raced in several Thompson Trophy races/
Rurchased, restotrf and flown by Bob Odegaard in the 90s,
it met an unfortunated end after being sold and operated by
others. Cook's "Race 74" survives.

Race 57 was sold and is still being operated by "others". It was Race 74 and Bob Odegaard that met a very unfortunate end. Here are both of them at Falcon Field airport in Mesa, Arizona a few years back.

According to the Ohio University website, the DC-3 is still in active use.
