Which piston twin engined WWII fighters regularly went head to head against single engined fighters in daylight operations other than the P-38?

I didn't see the word "successfully" in your question so I'll add the Me-110 to the list.

Bf 110, Ki-45, Whirlwind. Of these, only the Whirlwind (when the engines worked) had much success.
