My free legal advice is at the end of this message, but my questions arise out of the discussion on the Color Photo thread. I'm just curious how other people here have gifted, or assured the preservation of their items in their wills, and if they were able to find advisors to give them good ideas on how to do it, and what they have encountered in this area. Any specific knowledge of complexities involving warbird stuff that we might benefit from here on the board?

If your Rabbi, Accountant, and Lawyer are the same person, your life will be full of paying to hear how little money you have to give to your own salvation... But at least the message will be consistent...

I just hand it all over to Scott after each Airshow. 
After if pilfers my 1gig card he returns it too me, some times with the pictures on it
