1960s USAF ejection seat document

It has been said that there are no surviving Convair "B" seats as used in the F-106. After a couple successful ejections, there were a number of fatalities; they were pulled and scrapped. Anyone know anything to the contrary as I know one of the ejection survivors who would be interested.

Is that the one there was nearly a whole chapter about in Jack Broughton's third book?
