This is wonderful as usual! I especially enjoy the Air Group Two connection. I read "Hornets and their Heroic Men" which has a great section from Hal Buell from VB-2.

real quality prang shots!! the beast must have had some nasty carrier landing characteristics!! or a sign when curtiss's workmanship went into the decline.
