I'm a bit confussed. I thought the museum bought a portion of the B-24 plant to use as their museum. From what I read on the link, construction wont start until demolition is complete. They are building a new buiding?

Hello, no...the Musuem saved between 150,000 - 175,000 square feet of the 5 million square foot facility. The part that was saved was where the bombers came out of those huge doors (they still work). Construction will be closing up walls, environmental, utilities etc. making it a stand alone building.
