Interesting that 2,700 of the A-20s went to Russia. That means more than 1 out of every 3 A-20s produced were Russian birds. I knew they used the A-20, just didn't realize how prevalent their use was. Another source indicates that 3,400 were delivered. I guess it would also explain why there weren't any replacement A-20s for the 3rd BG in the SW Pacific until late 1943.
Together with exports to the RAF, I would imagine that the majority of A-20s were Lend-Lease birds.

I wish them the best of luck, i love seeing the wrecks pulled from the see and brought back to life. I think the P-40 out of the Med is like a large time capsule.
