These are a 'time capsule' opportunity, and though it's fair to say in a sense they are a 'barn find', they've been known of to those interested and Connie's friends (including a number of WIX members) so not something forgotten as some media will say.
What's interesting is that these are 45 year-old genuine, untouched Battle of Britain film colours. That's history too.
Lets just hope they go into good hands who appreciate them for what they are, as well as the 'Messerschmitt' angle. It would be great, and appropriate for one to end up with the Fundación Infante de Orleans (FIO) in Spain, for instance.
And credit to Connie for just laying them up (under cover) for so long.
