Does anybody know the current status of the C-1 Trader "Miss Belle" which had a engine falure back in August 2002 while returning from Skyfest Michiana in South Bend and went down in a corn field in Illinois!

Just to add a little to the engine failure, the right engine top clyinder blew off and took with it the prop control cables, without being able to feather that engine they were going to come down and fast. Doug Goss the pilot did a fantastic job of getting it on the ground safely with everyone walking away with out a cut or bruise. It sits in the back of our hanger and is slowly coming back to life.

It has been run again and was moved back to its winter resting place......
