While on vacation we visited the Flight 93 Memorial-while on the way we saw a sign for a covered bridge. Found the bridge, but something more interesting for me - Huey. There is a memorial just nearby at American Legion Post 257 that has a tank and a Huey. The Huey had no numbers on it-even the mfg plate was missing. I have been given info that the SN is 66-16993 and that it was assigned to the USAF, and no further info was available. I checked Baugher's site and he has 990 and 994 with nothing in between.
Anyone have any further info on it?

When answering "What is where?" type questions the Locator should always be your first stop.
Aerial Visuals - LocatorAs for this specific Huey...
Aerial Visuals - Location Dossier - American Legion Post 257 - UH-1
Aerial Visuals - Airframe Dossier - Bell204/205/208/208/212/214/412/553 / UH-1 Iroquois, s/n 66-16993 USAFMike
P.S. The airframe dossier could really use a photo upload. (hint, hint, hint)

The Locator may not be mobile friendly. I have not had the time to create a mobile version... yet.
Thanks for the uploads. I'll look for them.
