Some of the photos show the parts form the static Rathmines Catalina project..... with a Aussie on holiday from the USA, out for a while remaking the instrument panel and other parts. The static project is aiming to restore the former South American based Catalina to ensure it becomes an Australian heritage and tourism icon long term. I have got access arranged to the Catalina in the future to inspect it in more detail and will report back when can.
