I have specific questions on how to mark a PB4Y-2 Privateer that was in a training squadron located in Corpus Christi 1948 / 1949. We'd like to honor the service of a man who served aboard Privateers in the late 40's. We've been doing some research and it seems that the Navy changed markings and locations with great frequency after WWII and would like to get some accurate paint on this summer.
Any help or referrals you guys can offer would be hugely appreciated.
