Wicked 7

I had a relative die in a 29 on Tinian's west field on 18 July 45. The report reads that they were landing on Baker runway, when upon landing, "...the plane hit hard on the left wheel and his left wing swerved to the ground. The aircraft then bounced into the air and came down on the left wheel and left wing again. The pilot then pulled the aircraft in the air and attempted to go around with the result of his pulling to the left, very low, over the 468th area. As the aircraft passed the tower the operator in the "B" position noticed the #1 engine windmilling and that it was bent. After passing the tower the aircraft swerved to the left and crashed with nose and left wing hitting the ground approximately three hundred (300) yards northeast of the tower. The aircraft burst into flame and according to all reports there were no survivors. I'm trying to identify, preferably on a map, where the crash site would have been. I cannot find any maps indicating where the tower would have been. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A bit late for a post I guess, but a search came up with this thread. If the fella is still around these photos may be useful.
