The Evergreen Aviation Museum at McMinnville, OR has received F6F-3 bu41476 on loan from the USMC Museum.
Our local paper reports that this aircraft was delivered Jan 20, 1944 and served with several fighter squadrons until the end of the war.
I called the Evergreen curator and he provided the bu# and confirmed that it is on display.
