B-17G Texas Raiders 2015-07-12

Mon Jul 13, 2015 6:03 pm

The CAF Gulf Coast Wing is currently taking their B-17G Texas Raiders on a tour of The Republic. They spent the weekend with us at VFM, selling tours, rides, and T-shirts. I flew with them on Sunday afternoon. Here are a few photos from the day.

On approach to Runway 16, coming back from the morning flight:

Group photo of a bunch of happy crew members and soon-to-be-satisfied customers. I'm standing up, on the far right. VFM crew member Susan is standing next to me. WIXer CrewDawg is two guys further over.

Nice photos, Dean, thank you! I heard her and then saw her in the distance north of my home near Lakeside.
