Can Anyone ID This F-105 Test Pilot?

I was going through a box of old "stuff" and came across this early photo of an F-105 Thunderchief and a Republic test pilot. Unfortunately, the original clipping on the back has been lost-to-time, and I was wondering if anyone can identify the pilot?

Ok, well now I'm having trouble posting the photos (thank god for the edit button!).

It's on my desktop so there isn't a URL to link to ... any suggestions?

In order to upload a photo to a forum you have to have the photo hosted on an online photo hosting website like photobucket. Once the photo is uploaded to that site, there is a link to copy and paste into forums.

No go! Using the "share" link option provided by Photobucket only produces this line of gibberish:

My Dad has an "inside" book on the history of Republic/Fairchild that's quite nice. Next time I'm over there I'll take a look at it and see if this pic is in it, and identified.

Buzz number looks like FH-152; that would be either 58-1152 or 61-0152, both w/o in stateside accidents in the '70s.
