I have several colors of paint on the Fairchild that I want to match as close as possible.
1st color is listed as Flat Bronze Green #9, Color Card Suppliment, US Army Spec. 3-1.
2nd is Flat Bronze Green Army Navy Aeronautical Specification AN-E-3
3rd is Black Enamel Army Air Forces Spec 14109-B
4th is Zinc Chromate Army Navy Aeronautical Specification AN-TT-P-656a
lastly, Clear Bakelite sealer Army Navy Aeronautical Specification AN-S-17
I haven't been able to find the specs anywhere, so I am down to matching via a spectrophotometer at a paint shop. I've got some decent samples of #'s 1 and 4 that I can take down to the store. Anyone have experience with matching in this method? Any suggestion on who to use? I will be using both enamels and waterborne epoxies.

Jim: I am the ultimate oddball in the Fairchild Club....None of the listed models....I'm restoring the only AT-21 still in existence.
