Could someone please tell me?

Hi Guys,

I am sorry I have been away so long, but I have had to deal with my feelings concerning the restoration of Uncle Dean's plane. I do not want to rehash any of my feelings as I am still not happy with how things have been handled, but I am curious as to whether anyone has heard anything new on her progress? This plane being....(43-12252) P-51 B, owned by Jack Roush.

My Dad's, (Dean's nephew), cancer has spread, and he will be 80 in May, 2006. It is still my sincere wish, that (although Dean's plane will be unrecognizable as she looked when she went into Lake Louisa, November 14, 1944), I be able to show Dad a picture of what she looks like now, and possibly take him to see her once she is complete.

If anyone has heard anything, or knows if any recent pictures of her, I would be most grateful for the information.

As always, I thank you all for any information you may have!

Best wishes always,
Karen

Sorry, no news on the P-51--just wanted to wish you a blessed holiday season.
