Looking for a 50's or 60's Jet for East Coast Museum

Fri Nov 06, 2015 3:22 pm

I am on the hunt for a small jet for an east coast museum. They have space for something the size of a T-33 / F-86 / A-4. Please reach out to me directly if you know anyone looking to donate a static bird to a 501c3. Doesn't have to be perfect, just complete.

As some of you may have noticed, I resigned as Director of the Connecticut Air & Space Center in October. I'm still out here doing what I did best, trying to make relationships happen with smaller museums who need help.

While it's maybe too late (though I believe it's never too late to try), have you inquired about any of the remaining Chanute Museum aircraft?

dis-Assembly and transport as well as timing would have been an issue.
