Another reason to remember April 18th

While the date is most famous for the Doolittle raid in 1942, it is also the date that Operation Vengeance took place shooting down Admiral Yamamoto just a year later in 1943.

(Sorry in advance, non-aviation, but an important date from 110 years ago)
And the great 1906 Earthquake in California that killed 3,000 people and demolished or burned to the ground 500 city blocks of structures in San Francisco.
