Cap in hand asking for some help.

I'm looking for a close up image of the nose art on Sally during the period she featured yellow tail planes. Also wondering what the white text under the cockpit stated. Flickr. Airliners etc have failed to yield any images. As ever any help is hugely appreciated

I'm also looking for a similar close up view of the nose art from the period she wore the Blue band on the fin. Again the normal sources have not yet given me any large enough pictures.

What time period would that be? I have some nose art pictures I've taken, but I don't have the tail markings to cross-reference.
