Anyone recognize this nose-art?

Okay you guys, got a request for you.
Yesterday I attended the annual Blue Star Mothers of South Carolina Gala, and one of the guests of honor was Murray Price, a 7AF B-24 veteran. My wife (an artist) has been asked to recreate the noseart for Mr. Price's aircraft and while we have some reference pictures, I have yet to locate the artist's original reference. We can work without it but it would be helpful.
Usually its a Petty or Vargas pinup, but so far I cannot find one that matches this. So - for all you gutter-minds in the warbird community, anybody seen this one before?
It's worth noting that it was later altered to give the girl a bra.

Why was she given a bra? It certainly doesn't look like she needs support...
