Great pics, thanks as always for sharing! The target tug Ventura is a new one to me, striking scheme!

The 2nd to last B-25 looks like it might still have the applique armor installed on the cockpit side? Or is that some form of paint remnant/evidence from it's previous installation? Just curious. Still has the gun packs too...

cheers

Great stuff Mark - how about some RCAF Digbys?

On the Mosquito, it looks like the serial was overpainted and maybe changed to A518 - would this be a maintenance (or otherwise grounded) trainer serial?

Yep. A*** serial numbers were for instructional airframes.

re. "Royal Canadian Air Force 103 RU Consolidated PBY-5A Catalina 11047 (1949)" It's actually a Canadian Vickers-built Canso A with no prior connection to the US Navy so not a PBY-5A. Lovely shot though. And it's still with us - after a long career as a Canadian fire fighter (CF-OFI/C-FOFI) it is now at Buckeye, AZ with Hans Lauridsen as N413PB. Any update on that would be welcome.
