Bud Anderson's Web Page

I accessed Bud Anderson's web page when the site came back about six weeks ago, and created a username and password. I have been unable to sign in. Has anyone else had this problem? I get the message "Account pending approval". I've tried contacting the webmaster with no luck. Any ideas?
