F-100 restoration

Thought you guys might wanted to see this. This guy does amazing work restoring an ex pole sitter F-100 for the Museum of Aviation at Robins AFB.

You're welcome :) I find it inspiring how a rotten aircraft can once again become a fantastic museum exhibit. Found some related articles with more history. It's a combat veteran!

The Robins Museum of Flight is one of the best off-the-beaten-path aviation destinations I know. A must-see if you are ever near Atlanta/Macon.

You aren't kidding, I just got back from there a few days ago and that is one fine collection. I went there to see the B-17, but kept finding surprise after surprise. I'm not even sure the Fort was the highlight for me. I would recommend this museum to anybody.

Last time I heard, it was the 2nd largest USAF museum in the country, which is pretty impressive.
