SWEET PROJECT. Complete airframe/engines. Missing vertical fins instr panel

Registration: tbd
(Currency Converter) Price:
USD 75,000 Negociable/Trade
Aircraft Location: (MGGT) Guatemala, Guatemala

Airframe

• It was based in San Angelo, Tx in a bombardier training squadron. It was sold or given to Guatemalan Air Force in the 50's. An American mechanic -friend of mine- bought it in the 80's and hangared it since then. The airplane -engines and airframe- is apart but complete. It has very little corrosion on both bottom wings skin. Today is in Guatemala City at La Aurora intl airport.

• Things missing are: both vertical stabilizers, windshields, instrument panel and gun turret bubble and mechanism. What I can tell you is that is a sweet project.

• I have 2 set of wings and 2 sets of vertical stabilizers and a lot of parts

Hope it finds a home.

Last time I saw a AT-11 fly was in Boise in 1978, one was used at a now long gone strip for skydiving. One day it had a minor landing accident, don't know if if flew again. More details would be welcome.

BTW...per the plane's history, bombarding trading was at San Angelo AAF...Pilot training was a couple of miles to the NE at Goodfellow AAF, later AFB.

Thanks Tulio. You keep digging them out. Would look good in Guatemalan Colors.
