Booking Rooms At Geneseo

Tue Jul 06, 2004 7:22 am

How does one go about booking a room at the college? I would like to get one for my wife and I for Friday night.

Where are the good places for breakfast in the morning?

I posed the question on the Museum’s web site in hopes that someone would respond. I recall hearing about that several years ago but no lately. I would love to know about it also. It would be a lot better then tenting it at Letchworth state park.

Folks,

I have arranged dorm rooms for WIX participants, minus show pilots that are attending (Ollie and others) as show pilots arrange through the airshow coordinator, Frank Schaufler.

As of now we have 10 beds (2 beds per room) for Friday night and 8 beds for Saturday night (2 beds per room) under "WIX". Cost is $25 per room per night. Try to check in with a roomate, so you get assigned the same room.

Check in at the Pilots Tent with Dianne Wilkins (same as pilot check in) and be ready to pay in advance with cash (no Credit Card) for the nights you are staying.

For EVERYONE that is attending, please PM or email to me at ryan@ryankeough.com the following so that we don't leave anyone out:

1) Will you need a room? (or have you already made arrangements)
2) Nights you will be staying (Friday, Saturday, or Both)
3) Your preferred roomate (have roomie also email this info)
4) Will you need tickets for the Friday Chicken BBQ?
5) Will you need tickets for the Saturday Steak Roast?
6) Your personal info: Real name, contact phone, email.

This will help make everything go smoother... I will make the dinner arrangements later in the week as we get closer.

If you have any questions, call me at my office 978-562-9182 (10am - 6pm EDT).
