Another remarkable collection Mark! The photo of the Ohka 2-seat glider trainer on deck of the USS Core CVE-13 was a surprise. I've seen drawings, but don't recall ever seeing a photo...

JAPANESE JUNK: This junkyard in the Philippines invited souvenir hunters to help themselves. On the left, a the cockpit and nose of Japanese Navy twin-engine G4M "Betty" bomber lies broken and partially stripped.

Mark,

You're way more informed on these subjects than I am. Walk me through why you think these two are the same plane? I see: very different settings, on is painted one natural metal, one is damaged (bent prop) sitting on flatbed the other appears in flyable condition.
