Saw on social media that the lawsuit has been settled with Yanks basically saying they were wrong (it seems like). Better news on top of that is Yanks is going to fly their P-40 and Electra Jr. at the show.

Add another flyer to the P-40 list..?

Sounds good to me, hopefully more to come from Yanks, I think they learned their lesson.
