FHC FW190 original recovery video....

For those who have not seen it.

Of course the debris where cleared away....but still...can you imagine stumbling onto a relic like this???

My next search are for Lex Corsair as found pictures. I know I have seen them.

I have seen still pictures of the Fw-190 recovery a few years back, but those have disappeared from the public space. It was airlifted out and put on a truck.

There are probably more discoveries to be made.

I think there was an issue of Warbirds Worldwide that had some photos. Iirc it was the issue that had the list of B-24 aircraft still existing.
