What does this mean...

I looked up an aircraft (TBM-3U Avenger s/n 53835 N3967A) and under Category it said Compliance with CFR. What does that mean? :?

CFR equals Code of Federal Regulations. Probably an FAR (Federal Aviation Regulations) issue. The FAA is doing some housecleaning in the Aircraft Registry to verify the validity of registered aircraft...possibly this entry is connected with that.
