I think that's a chickenhawk. Hopefully it was colorful.

Curtiss P-40K-15-CU Warhawk 42-10265 to RFC Ontario Mar 10, 1945.

I actually like it! Curious to see what the colors looked like?

Different than a shark nose for sure!

Came across this one on FB this evening. Photo not credited but the caption stated it was taken in February of '44 at Ladd Field in Alaska.

Is that not a P-40N? It has the rear fuselage extension and the tail is mounted farther aft. Didn’t the “K” have the larger vertical fin mounted in the forward position?

Longer fuselage introduced on the P-40K-10 and later.

The "N" didn't have that headrest.

The date and location of this P-40 seem incorrect based on the late model Lend-Lease to Russia P-39 Airacobras in the background. These would have all been ferried Buffalo to Great Falls, Montana with last passing through in September 1944. My guess is that the photo might have been taken at Great Falls before the P-40 and P-39s were delivered to Ladd Field, Fairbanks, Alaska.

That information came from J Baugher’s site. It sounds more like it’s last known destination.
