I've driven past Boeing Field countless times (including this past Sunday) but I've always had problems trying to figure out where this was in relation to where things are now, as so much has changed there...
Boeing Bee sat in this hangar, along with the B-29 for quite a while. Years ago we got a tour while we were in town. It was incredible to see a B-17 in that plant looking factory fresh. Unfortunately it will remain a memory since we weren't allowed to take photos. It looked like it was right out of 1944...now it's a parking lot. Nothing lasts forever...but it sure would have been cool to have a Boeing Museum in that building. We did a mag change on Betty Jane in one of the last of the 30's era hangars. The facade had been changed to the point it wasn't immediately recognizable but the sub structure still poked out through a few ceiling panels. It was slated to be torn down for a new facility since it was too small for larger corporate jets. Ever onward...

It was on the roof of Plant Two, torn down just a few years ago. Just north of the MoF. Also, drive east across the bridge seen in one of the photos...look to your right.

I always assumed it was roughly in the area, but I never pinpointed the exact location. I need to break out some maps and photos for the next time I'm there...
