Interesting mixed flight

I stumbled across this video clip on Youtube. It's a mixed flight of F-16's, one F-15, one F-18 and being led by an F-4. Anyone know where this was at?

The F-15 and one F-16 look Israeli to me, and the Hellenic Air Force doesn't fly F-18's...???
