Canadian Warplane Heritage 50th Anniversary year

With this being the 50th Anniversary of Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum , it’s promising to be a very exciting summer coming up .
CWH is planning to have an Airshow unlike anything they have ever had .
The list of performers and aircraft attending is being kept highly secret but it’s very clear that this will be the most prolific Airshow in Canada in the last 50+ years. The who’s who of Vintage and Warbird aircraft in North America will I’m sure be attending.
It’s an Airshow that you do not want to miss .
I am really looking forward to seeing the performers list.

That's the big question that will affect my decision to go. If waiting for a test in country for a day or more is going to be part of the expectation, that's probably going to rule me out. I have absolutely no problem being tested or even providing proof of vaccination if required, it's just that there are only so many vacation days I have available to use.

At this point for entry into Canada, being vaccinated and a negative PCR test within 72 hours of arrival are requirements. Who knows how that will change.

Looks like event info just went live. Lots of visitors from the Military Aviation Museum.

Also important to note that it has moved back to Hamilton and there are only 2,000 tickets available per day.

No longer an airshow, looks like a much scaled-down event with flybys from what was first announced.

The Snowbird schedule still shows Brantford for that Saturday Sunday.
Wonder what happened?
