Yak-18T stick conversion?

Is there a STC or kit out there to convert the Yak-18T from a yoke to a stick?

An airplane needs a TC before it can have a STC. None of the eastern block inports have a type cert. In the US they are all experimental.

I know that, but the question is still valid.
