Help me date some photos I have received recently. Was Robert Morgan, of Memphis Belle fame, signing books at the WWII Weekend in Reading, PA, in 1996 or 1997?

Asa far as my memory serves me, Col. Morgan was at most of the later MAAM WWII Weekends. I remember seeing him almaot every year.
