Flaherty Factors of Monterey, California?

Tue Nov 07, 2006 4:42 pm

Does anyone remember Jack Flaherty from the 1970's? I've seen his name attached to numerous warbirds (Corsair, Mustang, etc), but he seems to have never held on to any of them for more than a year. I'm presuming he was operating as a broker of sorts, but I really have no idea.

Do any of you seasoned West Coast warbird buffs have any recollection of this guy?

Here's one Jack's old P-51 being flown by John Crocker:

I think Dan Martin was a part of the crew who flew all of Flaherty's P-51s back from El Salvador. I believe you can contact him through Mustangsmustangs.net.
