Do you know if the A-20 is being restored to fly or just static?

Can't believe all the time I spent doing network consulting for the Beaver County government and never knew that facility was there.

Hey guys, new member here. I actually started working at Air Heritage when I was 13! I am now 26, so I had been there for a while. We at one time had the P-47 that tours on the circuit as Schilling's Hairless Joe. We are the facility that restored it. The crrent owner bought it, and finished the wiring in it. We had it already to painted and ready to go. We also had a P-51 that came from the PAANG at Pittsburgh Airport. Tallichet sold it out form under us. I ahve flown in both the L-21 and the C-123. I also worked on the B-25 that now flies as tondelayo, thogh at the time I worked on it it was called "Hoosier Honey". through AH I have worked on Texas Raiders, 909, Tallachet's Memphis Belle, and a Neptune that used to sit next to the Air Heritage hangar. We used to have a Martin Marauder, the same one that is now at MAPS in Akron, OH. We also did the restoration of the PBJ that is on display in the Nation Museum of Naval Aviation in Pennsacola, FL. I later(age 16) learned to fly at the same airport (KBVI). That airport hold many memories for me. It wasalso the site of my first aviation job, working line service for Pro FLight Center, which is no longer there. I didn't mean to ramble, but now you all know a little about me I guess.

It’s being restored to fly. As to when…

This update was done on March 4, 2002, as this date Air Heritage is proud to announce that Air Heritage has come to a new agreement with the owner of the A-20 Mr. David Tallichet of MARC. To this end Mr. Tallichet has reaffirmed his comment to complete to flying the A20H Havoc that has been under restoration at the Air Heritage facility for the last ten years.

I really don't mean to sound like the negative new guy, but I would highly doubt that the A-20 will remain at Air Heritage once the restoration as anywhere near complete. That is kind of the way the owner of the aircraft is known to do business. As soon as you get close to getting a project flying, e pulls it oout from under you. I speak form hard lessons learned.
