Nope...different aircraft.

This example was one of two rebuilt and evaluated by TAIU at Clark Field in the Philippines in the spring of 1945. It was originally found in the colors of the 11th Sentai. When initial flight testing was finished at Clark, S-17 was loaded on the deck of the USS Long Island to be hauled back to the US. AFAIK its ultimate fate is unknown--most likely scrapped.

The POF example was from a later batch of Franks found in Japan.
