Warbird Information Exchange

We are looking at building a new museum building and I'm trying to gather data from museums around the country that have $1 a year or similar leases for the airport land (basically donated). I know the FAA mandates that the airports charge for their land but there is some kind of exemption that the FAA approves and it has to do with museums providing something of a monetary value to the public. Can anyone give some examples and details? really need the help guys.

I am also interested in hearing how some museums can have such a sweet deal. My museum spends a lot of money each year on our lease and we'd really like a $1/year kind of deal too. Anywho that has info on how to set up such a situation would be much appreciated.
