P-40 N Dash 5 question

Hi,

Is it possible for a P-40N Dash 5 to drop bomb?
If yes, installation during production or not?

I don't find any answer in the Parts Catalogue or another manuals.
They spoke for all models.

My Pops P 40F dropped a few 500 lb bombs whilst in Guadalcanal. I believe that they used tha same or similar hardware that they used for tha auxilliary fuel tank. Not an enjoyable mission according to Pops.

Yes the P-40N-5 could drop bombs. In the RAF they could haul (on short trips) 1x 100lb under the belly and 2x 500lbrs under the wings (on B-4 racks IIRC).
