I saw a pic of this very Sabre (in a very decrepit state) on Airliners.net years ago, and I thought for sure it was on a one-way trip to the scrapman. I even had it as my desktop image for a while. I always wondered what happened to it, and now I know. I guess there are some happy endings for unloved airplanes after all...
