Maybe of interest to someone. I spoke with a gentleman at work this evening who owned the F7U Cutlass that now resides at the NMNA. He said that he purchased both the F7U and an F4D Skyray for $700 each, but his ownership was short-lived.
He also said that he has hundreds of color slides of post-war Olathe NAS, including lots of Corsairs.
