Dave Holmes owns a T-6 "Fly Girl" 42-86142A that has been seen at Willow Run the past few years. He is a good friend of Tim Savage and Jim Church.

Heh, always room for competition as a WIXer recently reminded me. Maybe call it Bomber Brew or Fighter Fuel

very unique & cool idea!! email me for details on getting samples or 6 packs of all types of beer available. burp!!! will give credit card order provided they are shipped to me secure without breakage. i thought i saw something related to this on history channel or wings channel. as far as really promoting your warbird high octane aviation brew i would try the 100th bomb group restaurants owned by dave tallichet, warbird mogul & millionnaire or 94th fighter squadron restaurants out of akron ohio??? no clue as to web site addresses but these leads must be better than nothing!!! as to the 100th bomb group restaurant owned by tallichet.... he is currently re-building his restaurant by cleveland hopkins int. airport cleveland, ohio after the 1st location was moved due to airport expansion. i hear the new location is 1st class!!! i ate at the original & it was cool too!! i know alot of warbird enthusiasts, aviation artists, etc. & i am a nationally published author on numerous aviation history topics. i'd be more than glad to help you promote your product. it would be fun!!! thanks, tom

Marketing my beer has never really appealed that much to me, yet. The ATF makes it hard and expensive do that. Plus I need to form a few more recipes. Hobbies have a way of becoming un-fun when you make it your job, that is something I’d hate to have happen.
And the market right now is flooded in my area making it un-wise to jump into.

The other thought is opening a winery. I’m building my skills on making it now and hope to start growing grapes in the next year or so. But that is another story.

So Mr. Tallehet's place is up scale? That would be a draw for Kelly & I.

Guess you guys haven't heard of Flying Bison, it's a Buffalo brewery. While not specifically named after warbirds, they have Aviator Red which has a P-51 on the label and Dawn Patrol with a Jenny on the label.

I saw that in a store around me. Almost bought a six pack.

Bully Hill Winery made a wine with Fuddy Duddy and a P-51 on the label. I saved the wine bottle and have it displayed in my computer room.

There are bottles of 'Spitfire' Beer with an appropriate label, that get downed over the Wanaka airshow weekend.
