There is something weird with this situation. We can leave Charlie Bella's N26AB out of this as we all know how different an airframe that is compared to the others. Do take a look at the photos both here, on WEAM's site, and in the registry. The photos of the plane inside the museum does have an antenna just behind the canopy/clam shell doors. So does N4815E from the old photos in the registry. The photo of N2852G in the registry shows it do not have this antenna, but does have a different nose with a hatch/window on the left side, which neither Invader sports today. Nicolai's photo from Oct. 94 shows a 26 outside with executive style clam shell doors, which none have today. Also note lack of antenna! Steve Hinton mentioned on a forum some time ago that the old Tallmantz 26 was at War Eagles. This would be N4815E. But where is N2852G if this is the case??? I seem to remember photos of a black A-26 inside the museum back in time, has anyone else seen this? Looks like we have more questions than answers here!!!
